We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR/Administration manager to handle overall HR-related matters within the organization.The ideal candidate should possess proven track records in the travel & tourism industry as well since he/she is required to assist the travel department whenever the service is required apart from the core HR / Administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • should be able to liaise with hotels, airlines, tour guides, and other vendors to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, compensations, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of airline booking systems (GDS) and qualification from a reputed institute relating to travel/tourism will be an added advantage.
  • A proven travel industry track record.
