Itinerary Details

DAY 01 - Hanoi International Airport
  1. Arrival at Hanoi International Airport where one of our representatives will personally meet you and welcome you. You will be taken straight to the hotel.
  2. Dinner and spend the night.
DAY 02 - Ha Long Bay
  1. Breakfast at the hotel.
  2. Check out of hotel and travel the 4 hour long drive to Ha Long Bay, renowned for its emerald waters and towering limestone islands.
  3. Lunch.
  4. Enjoy 4-hour boat cruise to visit the natural beauty of Ha Long Bay.
  5. Enjoy yet another delicious seafood meal at a local restaurant.
  6. Check in to the hotel to spend the night at Ha Long.
DAY 03 - Boat cruise at Ha Long Bay, Hanoi, Hanoi Old Quarter, Waterpuppet show
  1. Breakfast at the hotel.
  2. Visit Ba Dinh Square with Hochiminh Mausoleum,Temple of Literature,Hoan Kiem Lake with The Huc Bridge and Ngoc Son Temple.
  3. Enjoy a delicious lunch at local resturant.
  4. Visit West Lake with Tran Quoc Pagoda
  5. Enjoy some shopping as well as strolling around at Hanoi Old Quarter where you will be able to truly experience the culture of the city of Hanoi as well as enjoy a trip to Hanoi’s largest indoor market, Dong Xuan Market.
  6. Enjoy a spectacular water puppet show. The traditional water puppet shows depict the culture, traditions and folklore of Vietnamese life by puppets acting on a “stage” of water accompanied by live music played on authentic instruments.
  7. Check in to the hotel where you will spend the night.
DAY 04 - Ho Chi Minh City, Shopping
  1. Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
  2. Early morning, transfer to airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
  3. Transfer to visit and shopping at Saigon Square and Takashimaya Mall and Ben Thanh Market
  4. Transfer to hotel for check-in and relax.
  5. Dinner and return to the hotel for a peaceful night’s rest.
DAY 05 - Cu Chi Tunnels, other Ho Chi Minh City attractions, Dinner Cruise on Saigon River
  1. Breakfast at the hotel.
  2. Proceed to the Cu Chi Tunnels that will help you to better understand and experience Vietnam’s history.
  3. Lunch.
  4. Visit other attractions at Ho Chi Minh City including: the War Remnant Museum, Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral and Reunification Palace or the Independence Palace where you will have opportunity to capture some photographs. You can also visit the Opera House at Saigon Square and enjoy some shopping at the large and colourful Ben Thanh Market and Takashimaya Shopping Centre.
  5. Time for a dinner cruise on Saigon River.
  6. Return to hotel for another night of rest.
DAY 06 - Mekong River Delta
  1. Breakfast at the hotel.
  2. Drive to My Tho, a capital of Tien Giang Province, is an inland port in the Mekong River Delta which is two-hour drive from Hochiminh City.
  3. Cruising on Tien River to visit Thoi Son Islet by motorized boat, you will see the My Tho fishing village with floating fish farm, stilt houses and fruit plantation along the river bank.
  4. Enjoy a unique lunch in a resturant, where you can experience Mekong specialties.
  5. Drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.
  6. Dinner and return to hotel to spend your last night in Vietnam.
DAY 07 - Free Time, Colombo
  1. Breakfast at the hotel.
  2. Some free time to do as you please.
  3. Check out of hotel and proceed to the airport for your return flight to Colombo.
